We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Mark My Style. If you’re not happy with your t-shirt, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the t-shirt must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 5 days of delivery. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for a return.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@markmystyle.co.in with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Approval

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-8 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted items.
• Custom or personalized orders.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at Support@markmystyle.co.in.

7. Exchanges

We only replace t-shirts if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please contact us at Support@markmystyle.co.in.
